Penis reduction
Although penis reduction surgery is relatively rare, it is sometimes necessary. Sometimes nature means too well and has endowed the man in question with an oversized penis, which can lead to considerable problems during sexual intercourse for heterosexual men. This can cause pain for the partner. This is usually the case from 25 cm in erection, but sometimes even less.
Penis reduction surgery is completely different from enlargement surgery. While penis enlargement is a low-risk outpatient procedure that does not interfere with the penis itself, reduction surgery deals with the organ itself. Although there is a simpler technique, this very often leads to pain during erection, so we do not use this simpler technique to reduce the size of the penis.
Because penis reduction surgery is a very complex and extensive procedure, it carries corresponding risks.
It is therefore necessary to discuss the procedure and the necessity of this procedure with the patient in advance and then plan the treatment individually.
For this reason, we will not provide a detailed description of the technique here because we discuss the way in which we use this technique with the patient individually and adapt it to their particular case.
