What does penis enlargement cost?
All prices include examination, preliminary consultation, surgery, anesthesia, aftercare and medical care.
- Approx. EUR 12,300 for surgery by Prof. Littara
- Approx. EUR 11,500 for surgery by Dr. Melone or Dr. Belli
for the combination of lengthening and thickening (recommended)
- Approx. EUR 9,500 for extension only
- Approx. EUR 7,500 for pure thickening
If enlargement is required only in the slack state: approx. EUR 8,600.00
CORRECT OPERATION
(i.e. when we have to correct operations that have gone wrong elsewhere):
- from approx. EUR 13.500,-
- from approx. EUR 14,500 if products not approved for use on the penis (silicone plates, silicone balls, etc.) were used (e.g. everything that the European Society of Urology EUA warns against in its guidelines in Chapter 9). This is because proper, damage-free removal is very time-consuming if the shape and function of the penis is to be preserved afterwards.

Explanation:
12,300 in 2026 is roughly equivalent to 9,900 in 2019. We have not made any increase but merely compensated for inflation.
