The first hours and days
After the operation, the phase that is often underestimated for the result begins: healing.
On the day of the operation itself, you should consciously take time to rest. The body reacts to the procedure and it is normal to experience swelling, feelings of tension or slight discomfort.
The most important thing in this phase is
- wear the bandage as recommended
- Avoid friction or pressure in the surgical area
- consistently adhere to the instructions for wound care
These first few days lay the foundation for the rest of the process.
Behavior in the first few weeks
As healing progresses, many patients quickly return to their everyday lives. Our outstanding experience and routine make this possible. At the same time, there are clear limits that should be adhered to in order not to jeopardize the result.
The following applies in the first few weeks after penis enlargement:
- Abstaining from sexual intercourse for about five weeks
- No sporting activities during this time
- Showering is usually possible again after a few days
- Bathing, sauna or swimming pool only after medical clearance
These recommendations are not a “precautionary program”, but an important part of the treatment. Those who adhere to them create the best conditions for a stable result.
