Penis enlargement procedure - explained step by step

Surgical penis enlargement does not begin in the operating theater – but long before that.

Before the operation - the right preparation
A decision takes time - and clarity
Most men who come to us have already dealt intensively with the topic. Nevertheless, the decision to have surgery is a step that should be carefully considered.
That is why we have a clear principle:
We do not urge anyone to undergo surgery.
You can take your time, ask questions and make your decision in peace. Even on the day of the operation, you have the option of canceling the procedure at no cost. This is not a problem for us – on the contrary: it is part of responsible treatment.
What you should specifically consider before the operation
There are some important preparatory measures to ensure that the penis enlargement operation is as safe as possible and has as few complications as possible.
In the days before the procedure we recommend
- to abstain from alcohol at least 24 hours before the operation and from nicotine for 4 days (also applies to nicotine patches!)
- discontinue blood-thinning medication - in consultation with your family doctor - about 10 days beforehand
- integrate the procedure into your everyday life with as little stress as possible
- bring comfortable clothing, ideally with a wide waistband
Many of our patients are surprised at how uncomplicated the organization is. As the procedure is performed on an outpatient basis, it is often not necessary to take a longer break from everyday life.
If you are traveling from out of town, we will be happy to help you plan your accommodation and stay. For us, this is also part of structured preparation.
The day of surgery - what to expect
On the day of the operation, one thing is paramount:
rest and a clearly structured procedure.
After preparation, the procedure is usually performed in twilight sleep in combination with local anesthesia. This means that you are not consciously aware of the procedure, but at the same time general anesthesia can be dispensed with unless you explicitly request it (which we do not recommend).
The operation itself usually takes around 70 minutes. Depending on the planned treatment, it includes penis lengthening, penis thickening or a combination of both procedures.
After the procedure, you will remain in our care for a short period of observation before you can go home.
A final thought
Many men focus primarily on the result before the operation. This is understandable.
What we can say from our experience:
A good result is not only achieved in the operating theater – but through the entire procedure.
Preparation, implementation and aftercare are interlinked. When all three areas are right, the result is not only a technically good result, but also a feeling of security throughout the entire process.
