What technique do we use for penis enlargement?

Our penis enlargement technique as part of surgical penis enlargement is based on the latest scientific findings, evidence-based medicine and decades of experience.
Why ligamentolysis alone is not sufficient for penis enlargement: Studies have clearly shown that the original surgical technique of ligamentolysis alone achieves poorer results(16).
Our combined technique: UGRS doctors have therefore been using a combined penis enlargement technique that has been modified over the years since 1993:
- Ligamentolysis with subsequent
- Internal swivel flap plastic in a modified form
- Additional special features (not publicly disclosed for quality reasons)
- Only the body's own material (no “silicone ball”)

Scientifically proven benefits: Our combined lengthening technique as part of penis enlargement achieves better results, especially when performed professionally by an experienced doctor(1, 9, 16).
Explained in patient-friendly terms: We take out a little more of the inner part of the penis, which lengthens the outer part.
We used to describe the ratio as 50:50. If you read this on other websites, you know exactly who has copied from our old penis enlargement texts. Probably to pretend to use the same penis enlargement technique as we do, or because of their own lack of knowledge.
Important: No incisions are made in the penis, so there are no risks in this regard here in Darmstadt.
