Is penis enlargement a frequently performed standard procedure?
With us, yes. Prof. Littara, for example, has been performing them since 1993 and has specialized in them since 1998. UGRS doctors perform up to 60 penis enlargements per month.
Who is my surgeon in Darmstadt?

Why should I drive so far?
We often hear the excuse from patients who come to us for correction that they originally wanted to come to us, but the "other" one was closer to home and the description of the operation there sounded similar.
Because we also reserve the right to reject corrective operations, we would like to say the following:
1. it often sounds so similar because various doctors steal our current or previous texts and illustrations to create exactly this impression that they offer the same as we do.
2. we Germans have been lulled by politicians for decades into believing that our healthcare system is so good that every doctor - no matter where they are - does an equally good job. Even for operations in which they are not trained. This is nothing more than a fairy tale. It has nothing whatsoever to do with reality.
3. in particular, it is a very naïve idea that doctors or clinics that offer 20 or more different operations - and occasionally a penis enlargement - would be as experienced or as sure of results as a center like us, which almost exclusively performs penis enlargements.
What results are achieved with penis enlargement?
As a rule: 3-6 cm extension.
Unfortunately, there is no way of finding out before an operation how well the body's own material can be worked with individually. We therefore provide a range here.
On 30.1.2026, an above-average result of 8.1 cm was once again achieved.
The thickening is carried out in the same procedure in natural proportion to the lengthening achieved and amounts to an aesthetic average increase in circumference of approx. 2.8 cm. More is possible, but would then lead to an unnatural appearance.

We are constantly being told what is written somewhere on the internet or what some urologist has said. It's like asking a kindergarten child on a tricycle about his opinion on a Ferrari racing engine. It has to be said so clearly. Patients obviously have the completely wrong and skewed view that every doctor is trained in everything and knows everything. Or knows all about it.
Penis enlargement surgery is not part of a urologist's (or plastic surgeon's) specialist training or advanced training. 99.99% of all urologists have never performed a penis enlargement themselves in their lives, nor have they ever watched one. Some of the specialist literature that some urologists think they have read on the subject is over 50 years old and therefore completely outdated.
We greatly appreciate our urological colleagues. But we strongly recommend that if you have absolutely no personal knowledge of something, you should tell the patient honestly and not impose your own personal opinion on them. Because no patient is helped by misinformation. Depending on the personal attitude and age of the urologist, this personal opinion often also has to do with the fact that women have no right to their own sexuality and that penis size is therefore unimportant. Which is also highly misogynistic.
If you think that any urologist or doctor who offers penis enlargement, among many other things, could even begin to say anything about the quality of the work we have been doing for 30 years that is more true than what we have been doing for 30 years, then just don't come to us. But please don't block our time with professionally stupid statements from clueless doctors.

Does penis enlargement also take place with an erection?
Yes, that's what we've become known for.
We have been offering penis enlargement surgery for over 25 years, for over 20 years even on an outpatient basis and under local anesthesia, with speed recovery, which serves the purpose of enlarging the penis in a flaccid and erect state.
Is penis enlargement permanent?
Yes, the results of both lengthening and thickening are permanent and do not need to be repeated regularly, as we only use the body's own material for the benefit of the patient and the result.
Is penis size important?
The penis is, in part, a mechanical instrument of reproduction. Like any mechanical instrument, it can be individually defective. The European condom standard EN ISO 4074 stipulates a minimum size of 16 cm. This is a good guideline for your possible considerations.
Are there other techniques?
We know all the techniques/materials available on the market because, in particular, new products developed by the industry are offered to us at the forefront due to the volume of operations we carry out. After all, the industry wants to earn money through sales figures.
If we don't do something, we do it because we have judged it to be negative.
In addition, social media is being used to advertise a lot of things as new saviors in one or two films or websites that have no approval at all in Germany. With all the associated consequences. In other words, these are highly experimental procedures, some of which are very risky and which the professional association rightly warns against.
For example:
- There is no hyaluronic acid approved for penis enlargement
- We warn against the use of silicone plates and similar items made of silicone
- also from grafts and scaffolds of any kind
Some doctors are quite inventive, inventing their own brand names for non-approved materials in order to present the product as safer or more established in their advertising. Such advertisements often contain the term "off label use" in the "small print", which means that there is no approval and therefore no manufacturer liability.
Whether you as a patient want to play the role of a paying test animal for experimental procedures is up to you.
Are there options without surgery?
If that were the case, we could devote ourselves to something other than offering surgery for decades.
But unfortunately, fairy tales don't exist in reality...
How long will I be unable to work after a penis enlargement?
It depends on the physical severity of your job. From not at all to about a week.
When will I be fully operational again?
We understand this question only too well. Of course you would like to present your enlarged penis in action. Nevertheless, please wait for the period of 5 weeks that we strongly recommend. Your body needs this time to permanently protect the result, even under stress.
We consider doctors who promise a shorter period of time for marketing reasons to be irresponsible.
Is there a risk of impotence with penis enlargement?
That is an understandable question.
But we can reassure you: Enlargement surgery - even in the form in which we perform it with good results - deals with the suspension of the entire penile organ on the pelvic bone. No incisions are made in the penis itself.
