The following is Real patient reviews on penis enlargement. That's a rarity. What results are achieved with penis enlargement?
Span: 3.8 - 8.1 cm extension
The lengthening data refer to the SPL, i.e. the scientifically defined erection length measurement.
We only use the body's own tissue because it is very low-risk and prevents permanent pain after the operation or serious infections caused by foreign bodies. This naturally leads to different results from patient to patient.
The thickening is carried out in the same procedure in aesthetic proportion to the lengthening achieved. The average aesthetic increase in circumference is approx. 3.2 cm. More is possible, but would result in an unnatural appearance.
We plan each augmentation individually for each patient.
Does penis enlargement also take place with an erection?
Yes, that's what we've become known for.
However, if you ask the AI whether penis enlargement with an erection is possible, the answer is usually: No.
Why does the AI give this wrong answer? Because you can assume that we have neither been lying to our patients for 30 years nor that our patients - including all prominent patients - would be stupid enough to be lied to for 30 years.
Since the coronavirus pandemic, a number of plastic surgeons have also been offering specialist penis enlargement surgery to supplement their income, which has been lost and not recovered as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Without being trained in this highly specialized operation.
Because there are so many of them who, due to a lack of training, can at best only achieve penis enlargement in a flaccid state, the AI believes that this is "normal" and therefore gives the wrong answer.
So if you want to ask us why the operation costs more with us than elsewhere, it's because you're comparing apples with oranges.
But if you really only want an enlargement in the flaccid state, then you can get it from us, see price list, for around €5,000.
Because we would consider it very strange if we were to charge more than that for an enlargement in the flaccid state only.
Is penis enlargement permanent?
Yes, the results of both lengthening and thickening are permanent and do not need to be repeated regularly, as we only use the body's own material for the benefit of the patient and the result.

Warning: Beware of the silicone ball!

The implantation of a silicone ball for penis enlargement is a highly experimental procedure that we already deemed unsound over 15 years ago and which, above all, is neither an established practice nor performed “millions of times.” In fact, there isn’t even a single study on this topic to be found in reputable scientific literature.
Any patient who believes that a small silicone ball with a squishy outer shell—which is attached to the pelvic bone with two thin threads and presses directly on the penile nerve because that’s where it’s located— wouldn’t mind at all if they took a jump while mountain biking or got hit in the groin by a soccer ball, or that contact sports—or even martial arts—would still be possible, must certainly be considered extremely naive.
We consider the implantation of a silicone sphere—usually a silicone testicle—to be highly reprehensible. This is especially true when this experimental procedure is marketed as an established or safe method, or as an alternative to penis enlargement surgery performed using the patient’s own tissue.
The particular problem—aside from pain during erections caused by the ball pinching the penis—is that once this ball has become firmly attached to the penile nerve and the corpus cavernosum over time, the risk of severe erectile dysfunction resulting from its removal is so high that even we no longer perform this corrective procedure. It then remains there permanently, along with all the problems it unfortunately causes.

What does penis enlargement cost?
Patients sometimes ask why the operation costs around EUR 12,300 with us while it costs "only" EUR 9,000 elsewhere.
This comparison is based on the false and erroneous assumption that every doctor, regardless of who he is, regardless of whether he has learned this operation, regardless of how often he performs it, regardless of whether the information in his advertising is correct or not, and regardless of the technique he uses, offers the same service.
That's why we want to ask the counter question, WHAT is really expensive?
- EUR 9,000 for an extension only in the slack state or
- EUR 12.300,- for an extension in flaccid AND erect state like ours
The sad thing is that the high price of €9,000 for a flaccid-only augmentation can only be charged by doctors BECAUSE patients assume that penis enlargement equals penis enlargement.
That's why we mention quality and the importance of specialization and experience so often. Because these doctors are ruining the reputation of surgery that we have built for 30 years with their poor and expensive sold results.

Do we offer video consultations?
We do not offer video consultations, but we do offer an alternative.
For decades, we have been known for ensuring absolute anonymity, especially for our high-profile patients. That’s why, for example, the videos we post on YouTube—with the exception of one filmed in our ward kitchen—are set in a way that makes it seem as if the last person on Earth were speaking there after a nuclear war ????.
You need to keep in mind that a member of the medical team holds a telephone consultation every day by appointment. Up to six appointments per day. So, in the case of a video conference with 30 one-on-one sessions per week, we’d have to make sure that nothing that shouldn’t be there ends up in the frame or lying around. That’s simply too prone to errors.

Despite the considerable workload resulting from high demand, our team of doctors considers it a fundamental part of the Hippocratic Oath that all telephone consultations at our practice are always conducted by a qualified physician.
And not, as is sometimes the case at certain clinics or medical practices, through some sales-oriented outside call center employee.

Is penis size important?
The penis is, in part, a mechanical instrument of reproduction. Like any mechanical instrument, it can be individually defective. The European condom standard EN ISO 4074 stipulates a minimum size of 16 cm. This is a good guideline for your possible considerations.
Are there other techniques?
If we don't do something, we do it because we have judged it to be negative.
In addition, social media is being used to advertise a lot of things as new saviors in one or two films or websites that have no approval at all in Germany. With all the associated consequences. In other words, these are highly experimental procedures, some of which are very risky, and the professional association rightly warns against them (EAU, Guidelines March 2026, Chapter 9).
For example:
- There is no hyaluronic acid approved for penis enlargement
- We warn against the use of silicone plates and similar items made of silicone
- also from grafts and scaffolds of any kind
Some doctors are quite inventive, inventing their own brand names for non-approved materials in order to present the product as safer or more established in their advertising. Such advertisements often contain the term "off label use" in the "small print", which means that there is no approval and therefore no manufacturer liability.
Whether you as a patient want to play the role of a paying test animal for experimental procedures is up to you.
Are there options without surgery?
If that were the case, we could devote ourselves to something other than offering surgery for decades.
But unfortunately, fairy tales don't exist in reality...
How long will I be unable to work after a penis enlargement?
It depends on the physical severity of your job. From not at all to about a week.
When will I be fully operational again?
We understand this question only too well. Of course you would like to present your enlarged penis in action. Nevertheless, please wait for the period of 5 weeks that we strongly recommend. Your body needs this time to permanently protect the result, even under stress.
We consider doctors who promise a shorter period of time for marketing reasons to be irresponsible.
Is there a risk of impotence with penis enlargement?
That is an understandable question.
But we can reassure you: Enlargement surgery - even in the form in which we perform it with good results - deals with the suspension of the entire penile organ on the pelvic bone. No incisions are made in the penis itself.

What does "outpatient surgery under twilight sedation" mean?
We have always performed this procedure on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia and twilight sedation.
Since we operate at one of the few private clinics licensed under Section 30 of the Trade Regulation Act, anesthesia is, of course, administered throughout the procedure by an anesthesiologist with many years of experience.
We have chosen this form of anesthesia because it is the gentlest option for the patient and further significantly reduces the already low risk of thrombosis associated with this type of procedure.
Twilight sleep, administered and monitored by an anesthesiologist, is an extremely relaxed form of anesthesia that can be used for any surgery in which the patient does not require separate ventilation.
The penis enlargement surgery we perform does not require general anesthesia, which would place an unnecessary burden on the patient.
