Who is UGRS International Services GmbH?

As can be seen from the suffix “Services”, this GmbH is a service provider for the group of doctors cooperating under the UGRS brand. It serves, for example, to ensure precise compliance with the German medical billing law GOÄ, as a billing method frequently used in Germany by registered plastic surgeons is illegal under the German GOÄ fee schedule. The accusation made by some competitors that the organizational form serves to circumvent existing regulations is untrue and unfair, because on the contrary, the organizational form serves to ensure precise compliance with legal regulations and has been structured accordingly by our specialist lawyers.
This has no influence on the doctor-patient relationship. Liability for the treatment of patients lies entirely and clearly with the respective practitioner and their professional liability insurance.

Who are the UGRS doctors

The UGRS doctors have joined forces in an international association of doctors (under EU law) to support the healthcare system and promote the well-being of fellow human beings regardless of age and gender. Holistic, comprehensive, optimal care and quality assurance are the key points here. The founder of the medical group, the doctor Jörg Hagen, realized during a stay abroad during his medical training that in certain areas of medical care it is a disadvantage that the training of German doctors takes place in the statutory healthcare system, which makes up around 90% of the German healthcare system. This is because the therapies offered and learned follow the provisions of Social Code Book Five, SGB V, which defines patients’ entitlement to adequate but unfortunately not optimal care. He became acquainted with innovative and beneficial treatment methods for patients, as well as doctors with outstanding experience in this field. He decided to make it possible to make these easily accessible to fellow Germans in the uro-genital reconstructive field, where he learned about the differences.
Where possible, he used his own initiative to obtain reimbursement from the health insurance company in individual cases by means of a court ruling.

To clearly show the difference between the medical group and Service GmbH, the trademark rights to the UGRS brand are held by the same doctor, Jörg Hagen.

We regularly ask our patients (anonymously!) about their satisfaction with penis enlargement surgery for internal quality assurance purposes. Previously carried out by external service providers, we now carry out these surveys ourselves so that any problems can be addressed much more effectively.

The last survey (evaluation 11/ 2024), which we conducted using self-designed questionnaires – which are much more useful for us in terms of gaining knowledge than questionnaires formulated by external companies that only have a superficial knowledge of penis enlargement -, carried out about three months after the operation, revealed the following with regard to the 4 main factors:

Satisfaction with on-site support before the operation: 4.9

Professional competence of doctors and staff: 5

Satisfaction with the result: 4.8

Satisfaction with care after the operation: 5

(choice of quality levels 1-5; 50 patients participated randomly and sent in their questionnaires anonymously)

Result: 4.93 out of 5.0
