We think it is a senseless waste to spend money on an operation that only leads to an enlargement in the flaccid state.
Yes, the results of both lengthening and thickening are permanent and do not need to be repeated regularly, as we only use the body's own material for the benefit of the patient and the result.
We are sometimes very surprised that patients seriously ask why the operation costs around €12,300 with us while it costs €9,000-10,000 "elsewhere".
We then ask ourselves whether patients really show so little interest in their health and naively believe everything doctors tell them. And also believe that there are no differences in medicine, regardless of who operates and what experience they have.
That's why we want to ask a counter-question:
Which is more expensive: an extension in the flaccid state only for €10,000 or a professional extension in the flaccid and erect state for around €12,300, which also comes from a center that is super specialized in this operation? We think that if you think about it more carefully, you can answer this question for yourself.
No one would ask why a Formula 1 racing car is more expensive than a small car for the road. It therefore amazes us that the greed-is-cool mentality seems to be more important to some people than their own health, even more important than their own penis. And seems to completely eliminate common sense.
Yes, it is becoming increasingly difficult for patients to recognize the sometimes considerable advertising lies on doctors' homepages and in social media fakes, which unfortunately are not corrected by AI systems such as ChatGPT, but rather reinforced because these systems can neither do real research work nor scientific analysis. But that doesn't completely absolve patients from using their common sense.

The penis is, in part, a mechanical instrument of reproduction. Like any mechanical instrument, it can be individually defective. The European condom standard EN ISO 4074 stipulates a minimum size of 16 cm. This is a good guideline for your possible considerations.

In other words, these are highly experimental procedures, some of which are very risky and which the professional association rightly warns against.

Some doctors are quite inventive, inventing their own brand names for non-approved materials in order to present the product as safer or more established in their advertising. Such advertisements often contain the term "off label use" in the "small print", which means that there is no approval and therefore no manufacturer liability.

If that were the case, we could devote ourselves to something other than offering surgery for decades.
But unfortunately, fairy tales don't exist in reality...
It depends on the physical severity of your job. From not at all to about a week.
We understand this question only too well. Of course you would like to present your enlarged penis in action. Nevertheless, please wait for the period of 5 weeks that we strongly recommend. Your body needs this time to permanently protect the result, even under stress.
We consider doctors who promise a shorter period of time for marketing reasons to be irresponsible.
That is an understandable question.
But we can reassure you: Enlargement surgery - even in the form in which we perform it with good results - deals with the suspension of the entire penile organ on the pelvic bone. No incisions are made in the penis itself.
