Dear patients,
Due to changes in our price list and a stricter procedure communicated to the outside world, we have been increasingly asked whether we still accept corrective surgery at all. In other words, corrections to operations that have gone wrong outside the clinic.
Because the patient in question imagined that they could get the same quality cheaper elsewhere or fell for some colorful homepages or social media posts by some trash influencers.
Is it unfortunate that there is no state control here? Yes, it is. But that’s their problem, not ours.
The answer regarding corrective surgery is therefore: yes and no.
From a purely human point of view, we would prefer to convey a clear “no”.
Everything that follows is formulated in the direct language we have used for 30 years. Do not misunderstand it as advertising, but as a continuation of the clear line and style of expression we have always had.
Social media and AI may make everything non-committal and soft, but we’ve been around much longer than social media and AI. And we will not change our direct, clear manner:
If a patient was actually so naive as to imagine that he could get the same work elsewhere as in our special center for penis enlargement, which has been established for 30 years, preferably in Turkey or other foreign countries for little money, then one could be of the opinion that it is his personal problem and bad luck.
One could also be of the opinion that it is his personal misfortune, even if he has surgery in Germany, with one of the experts in penis enlargement who have sprung up since the Corona pandemic (who have completed their training in this, especially during the Corona pandemic, WHERE exactly ?!).
We have not yet formed a final opinion.
We are therefore still available for corrective surgery under very specific conditions – due to the obligations we see in our medical oath.
BUT: These corrective procedures are becoming more expensive, because it is not at all clear why we should offer the extremely complex corrective surgery that we then perform in order to be able to offer the patient a result at a reduced price.
If the patient initially decided during the first operation that he did not trust us, why should we thank him by offering lower prices?
However, there are very clear, strict exclusion criteria; there are cases in which we consistently reject corrective surgery, regardless of the price. So there is now an absolute no.
We know the preliminary work of many colleagues very well and have a very definitive opinion on this. Does it always go wrong? We don’t know.
But when things go wrong, we know that (we) can usually assign certain things to certain operators.
Are we gods in white because of our experience or our ability ? Certainly not !
But we are absolutely certain that we operate better and more effectively than some of our colleagues who book patients in for corrective surgery and who give the impression on the Internet that they have extensive experience and expertise in this operation.
Again:
Is it regrettable that there is no state control here? Yes, absolutely.
But again: this is not our fault.
We regularly ask our patients (anonymously!) about their satisfaction with penis enlargement surgery for internal quality assurance purposes. Previously carried out by external service providers, we now carry out these surveys ourselves so that any problems can be addressed much more effectively.
The last survey (evaluation 11/ 2024), which we conducted using self-designed questionnaires – which are much more useful for us in terms of gaining knowledge than questionnaires formulated by external companies that only have a superficial knowledge of penis enlargement -, carried out about three months after the operation, revealed the following with regard to the 4 main factors:
Satisfaction with on-site support before the operation: 4.9
Professional competence of doctors and staff: 5
Satisfaction with the result: 4.8
Satisfaction with care after the operation: 5
(choice of quality levels 1-5; 50 patients participated randomly and sent in their questionnaires anonymously)
Result: 4.93 out of 5.0
