Is size important?
The serious answer to this is that the size of the male member can be very important. Namely when something is wrong with it.
The male member has two important functions. On the one hand, the penis defines a man as a man, but almost more importantly, it is a mechanical (and visual) instrument for interaction, fun and joie de vivre between man and woman.

More modern surveys with a large number of women and conducted by female scientists have produced clear results, here is one example: For 91.2% of the women surveyed, the size of the male member is important. And around 87% of the women surveyed put the ideal length at 18.3 cm (the decimal places result from the conversion of the American inch system into the European centimeter system).

Trust is the basis of successful treatment
This does not quite apply to augmentation surgery, where the somewhat older saying applies: “Trust is good, control is better.”
For 30 years we have been pointing out in no uncertain terms that this operation is not part of the specialist training of a plastic surgeon or urologist. This means that a urologist or plastic surgeon cannot perform this procedure as part of their training. It is something that has to be learned afterwards and a high level of personal aptitude is required. It is not just the three-dimensional imagination that is generally required in plastic surgery. But an imagination that includes three-dimensionality and both states of the male member. Patients who experience our results often say: “that was easy”. This is a fallacy. Then we should actually get out our photo folders with the horror photos of all the patients who were operated on elsewhere and came to us for correction. There is nothing simple about this operation and you can’t just learn it from a textbook. Apart from the fact that there is no such textbook.
The problem is that there is almost no state control of self-pay operations. This is the difficulty for you as a patient. We don’t want to bore you, but we would like to quote from a judgment against a large German clinic group that advertised itself and its head doctor as “experts in penis enlargement”. The court found that neither the clinic nor the doctor could prove that they had ever performed a single enlargement operation. That is the benchmark. The completely mendacious expertise. And enlargement surgery is not an isolated case. The internet is full of it: medical practices that were only set up a few years ago have allegedly been in existence for over 20 years, medical practices are called clinics even though they are not, operation figures are made up, and so on.
We hope and trust in your common sense. And hope that you think about your health at least as much as you would if you were buying a new smartphone. After all, you would also be extremely skeptical if someone else suddenly offered you the same smartphone for significantly less and claimed that it would work just like the other one.

What results are achieved?
In the mid-nineties of the last century, UGRS doctors introduced decisive changes and improvements in surgical technique. These have led to the results we see today. And since we do nothing more than this operation, so to speak, this technique has naturally been refined and optimized further and further.
The instruments used for this and the material have become better and better. But beware: this has nothing to do with the “really great” new methods that are advertised on some websites. Assume that we all know these things and if we don’t do them then there is a reason. Some homepages sell modernity that doesn’t exist.
For all patients, our aim is to create a male member that looks as if it has always been there. On the other hand, it is designed in such a way that it can be used in togetherness.
It makes no sense at all to operate from one problem to the next.
So don’t worry, we only take out the extra length that makes sense.
And this lengthened limb is matched in thickness in one and the same operation. Based on our experience, it is not at all necessary to perform lengthening and thickening in two separate and therefore more expensive operations.
Some patients ask with concern that they have read that these procedures only lead to an enlargement in the flaccid state. To this we can only say: you may have read that, but not with us. Doctors are only human and who likes to admit that they can’t do something or can only do it badly?

The questioners overlook the fact that they are comparing apples with oranges. Because we only do this operation. If such a practice has 50 positive reviews, then this is actually only 2 per individual procedure.
