How many penis enlargements have already been performed?
The UGRS doctor responsible for penis enlargement surgery in Germany since 2006, Dr. Christoph Jethon, has personally performed around 8,000 enlargement operations. He can call himself the European leader in terms of results and experience. Some UGRS team members have supervised more than 15,000 penis enlargement operations since 1993 .
What results are achieved with penis enlargement?
Extension: 3-6 cm.
We can do a lot - our largest extension to date was 14.2 cm (additional). However, we are quoting the standard range here because we want you to think about whether you would be happy with 3 cm.
The thickening occurs in the same procedure in natural proportion to the lengthening achieved and averages approx. 2.8 cm increase in circumference.
Does penis enlargement also take place with an erection?
When we as penis enlargement experts perform the operation: Yes!
It's not our fault that some other surgeons only manage to enlarge the penis in a flaccid state. Then he or she is either using an old technique or simply cannot do it or cannot do it sufficiently, uses the wrong material or whatever.
Of course, we understand the question from patients as to whether it is really the case that enlargement also takes place during an erection. But please forgive us for being puzzled by this question.
We have been offering penis enlargement surgery for over 25 years, for over 20 years even on an outpatient basis and under local anesthesia with Speed Recovery, which serves the purpose of enlarging the penis in a flaccid and erect state.
Is penis enlargement permanent?
Yes, the results of both lengthening and thickening are permanent and do not need to be repeated regularly, as is the case with hyaluronic acid, for example.
Achieving a lasting result, especially with optimal thickening through autologous transplantation of fatty tissue and stem cells, as we do, requires a great deal of practice, experience, personal skill, the right equipment and a team trained for this.

Other doctors try to achieve our results by inserting silicone balls or silicone plates, but we can do it without the risk of these artificial materials, which can lead to tissue death, loss of sensation, infection, foreign body reaction, ugly visual results, etc.
Several medical colleagues have tried, including in court, to find out how we operate, because our operation is very gentle on the patient and very low-risk thanks to our skills, our experienced team and our optimal planning. But it is not a simple ligament lysis.

Is penis size important?
Yes, definitely. It is a mechanical instrument. Its shape and size are crucial for the mechanical act.
Six recent studies and surveys (around 10,000 women surveyed) found an optimal size of 17-19 cm.

Why don't we use fillers (e.g. hyaluronic acid)?
UGRS doctors have specialized in penis enlargement for over 30 years.
Hyaluronic acid for wrinkle injections has been used in medical applications for around 25 years.
Don't you think we would already be using hyaluronic acid for penis thickening if it delivered acceptable results and was low risk?
What is often concealed:
- There is no approval for the use of hyaluronic acid on the penis (regardless of the product or manufacturer)
- Hyaluronic acid degrades and can also slip
- There is a risk of infection and encapsulation, especially with repeated use
- Repeated use can cause the skin to wear out, making the penis look much smaller or like that of a very old man.
- “Alphafill” is NOT a product, but a way of inserting the needle (not even “Androfill”, which is also offered)
These fantasy names for injection procedures, registered as intellectual property, are apparently intended to simulate a non-existent approval for the use of hyaluronic acid on the penis.
Of course, it sounds wonderful in advertising: a procedure that supposedly has no risks or side effects and would supposedly lead to problem-free penis enlargement - and it's cheap too. Whenever you read such fairy tales, you should be careful. After all, your health is at stake.
Are there options without surgery?
Honestly, do you really believe that UGRS doctors have been spending every day for almost 30 years from morning to night in a cool, functionally equipped room, the operating theater, if there were methods without surgery that could actually, and not just according to advertising claims, produce the same or even better results than surgery?
And all day long in surgical clothing, i.e. gown, surgical cap, face mask, surgical gloves with all the technology that goes with a surgical procedure?
Rather not, right?
Of course, it sounds great in the advertising of providers based mostly in tax-optimized or very distant foreign countries that something for little money and little effort can give the same or even better results than an operation.
And the whole thing is supposed to be without side effects.
But unfortunately, fairy tales don't exist in reality...
Is a hospital stay necessary for penis enlargement?
No, there is no need for a hospital stay, and no need for two separate surgery appointments, as we perform the lengthening and thickening in a single procedure due to our high level of specialization and extensive experience.
The operation does not require a stressful general anesthetic. Our anesthetists perform a comfortable twilight anesthesia with local anesthesia and speed recovery.

How long will I be unable to work after a penis enlargement?
It depends on the physical severity of your job. From not at all to about a week.
When can I have sex again after a penis enlargement?
We understand this question only too well. Of course you would like to present your enlarged penis in action. Nevertheless, please wait for the period of 5 weeks that we strongly recommend. Your body needs this time to permanently protect the result, even under stress.
We consider doctors who promise a shorter period of time for marketing reasons to be irresponsible.
Is there a risk of impotence with penis enlargement?
That is an understandable question.
But we can reassure you: Enlargement surgery - even in the form in which we perform it with good results - deals with the suspension of the entire penile organ on the pelvic bone. No incisions are made in the penis itself.
Is there such a thing as a “specialist in intimate surgery”?
No, this specialist does not exist. This was an invented specialist title with which the Frankfurt doctor Manuel Sanchez tried to attract patients in 2024, the year he opened his practice. We have been asked this question several times and, in order to protect the life and limb of patients, we are obliged by our oath to give this clear answer. This specialist title does not exist. No matter who claims or has claimed this to pretend to have special expertise.
Are your patients satisfied with their penis enlargement?
Yes, there has not been a single malpractice suit in 29 years. This is an extreme exception in plastic surgery in general. So you could say that patients are highly satisfied with our work.

(We are convinced that our intervention is not one of the circumstances described in the law, but we will not spend our precious time and money arguing with a judge about this issue in each individual case. A people is responsible for the government it elects and the government is responsible for the laws it enacts...)
Can penis enlargement be combined with other operations?
Some things are possible, such as scrotum lift or liposuction. We only perform combinations if this does not jeopardize the result of the augmentation operation.
Can you correct a bad result from another clinic?
No - and if so, then only partially.
Some patients imagine medicine to be much simpler than it is. This is why we emphasize the importance of expertise, skill and experience in this operation. You don't learn this operation during specialist training.
This means that many doctors who want to earn extra money with this operation simply start - it has to be said directly - without having any experience or having received any instruction. Unfortunately, this is not forbidden, just as some patients might imagine or wish.
In other words, correcting a failed operation does not mean correcting some internationally recognized standard. Rather, as a doctor you are faced with the task of correcting something that someone else - often without any plan or understanding - has cut into wildly and changed something. Sometimes destroying significant parts of the tissue that would be needed for a sensible correction.
To put it bluntly, it's not like a car repair shop where you first try out the cheap one and - if they use the wrong screw - you switch to a higher-quality repair shop. In the case of this operation, the whole car would be scrap, figuratively speaking.
We have to say this so drastically here because we often see patients whose operations have gone completely wrong with reputable and experienced-sounding doctors in Germany or usually in south-eastern countries.
The patient in question is then quite astonished that we are not able to fix this mess - no matter what the price.
Unlike a car, you cannot order a replacement part for a body if the surgeon has destroyed the necessary body tissue beforehand.
How much does penis enlargement cost?
High-quality, reputable, reliable, gentle and safe medicine and results require an enormous amount of effort. Due to our high number of penis enlargement operations, we have been able to reduce certain costs through high discounts on the purchase of materials.
Extension: approx. 7.900,- Eur
Pure thickening: approx. 6.600,- Eur
Usual combination of lengthening and thickening in ONE procedure: approx. 10.800,- Eur
(significant savings, as the basic costs of an operation are then only incurred ONCE)
Payment is possible by bank transfer, cash, credit card or installments.
(To all legal know-it-alls who would like to accuse a doctor in Germany of quoting a fixed price, which is prohibited under billing law, please note: No, it is not a fixed price. But after 30 years and thousands of penis enlargement operations, we are in a position to apply basic mathematics in such a way that we can - taking into account all possible eventualities - say precisely what costs our patients will incur with a probability bordering on certainty).
Why does UGRS have to place paid advertising?
So that you, the patients, can find us. According to Google USA's moral standards, restrictions apply to operations in the center of the body. The more you specialize in this topic and Google realizes this, the less you are displayed.
What is absurd in effect is that those who can do something special are displayed less.
